Pip the Robot: Button

This is my latest toon, I started it out by playing around with the button concept and saw what it evolved into. I linked it to the next project... Trapped... It's what I was working on before I started making this, Trapped is a bit more complicated as it involves M.C Escher's Relativity painting! Got a fun storyline planned out for the next few toons.

I'm putting as much of my time into this series as possible and I'd appreciate a few followers, I've set up a facebook page for such a purpose: https://www.facebook.com/PipTheRobot

Until next time!

I liked the page for you! C:

I know the guys a robot, but I might try to find a way to make him more expressive. That way people would care more to watch cartoons with him.

Haha yeah I'm still learning, not sure on how to do moving textures so I'm trying to do it all by just moving his head and having him look at stuff. He just looks surprised/curious all the time. It works at the moment, I'm learning new features all the time so I'm sure I'll get to it in the future.

I'm always learning new skills, in the first one his arms didn't have the ridges on them and wouldn't bend, but I made a few adjustments to the model, and his arms are now flexible... so it's getting there. I'd imagine I have to time up the 2D facial animations with the 3D animation to get it to work right... Research research research!!!

Thanks for liking the page, I didn't know you'd commented here so I sent you a message on Facebook! Nice art by the way!
